Here was the exact argument I would’ve given anybody in 1999 that told me vinyl was a better, more engaging listening experience compared to compact discs or 128 kbps mp3s:
“But can you play a record in the car? Game, set and match. I believe that’s what you’d call a verbal trouncing, no?”
