Things I Liked 10 Years Ago But Don’t Like Now #012: Metallica’s ReLoad LP
3 Things That Must Be Noted:
1. This was the first Metallica album I ever purchased.
2. When Metallica had their whole legal battle with Napster going, I was one of the people to get kicked off Napster for downloading a Metallica song. The song in question? “No Leaf Clover” from Metallica’s S&M. Can I please have that night where I snuck downstairs to download that track on a 56K connection back?
3. The director of this video, Paul Anderson (not the Academy award nominated one), is also the director of several feature films starring Insane Clown Posse frontman Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. Look for his directorial skills in the forthcoming Juggalo-centric film Big Money Rustlas starring the aforementioned rappers, Brigitte Nielsen, Vanilla Ice, WCW’s Scott Hall and everyone’s favorite dead rapper, Blaze Ya Dead Homie.
